The Curieus Team is so excited to be featured in the Menlo Park Almanac’s May issue as the cover story! Angela Swartz, author of the article, got to spend time with the students and volunteers in our Physics and Biology classes at the Boys and Girls Club throughout the past month (and maybe even learn some science too!). Swartz encapsulates Curieus’ mission perfectly: “In the Silicon Valley, where students are being forgotten, [Curieus’] goal is to raise their voices. The roots of the problem run deep, but the goal is to help them (Curieus students) find a passion for their education and, hopefully, for their career later in life."
